One in two women over 50 in the U.S. will break a bone due to osteoporosis in their remaining lifetime. To spread the word about the importance of bone health and drive social conversation relevant to World Osteoporosis Day in 2019, Amgen hosted an educational summit for influential women bloggers over 50. I developed a logo and look and feel which was carried across collateral used throughout the summit for activities such as an osteoporosis-friendly yoga class and round table discussion with experts. A brushy, script logotype and watercolor-textured floral motif bring warmth to a topic that can be cold and clinical, and bright, feminine colors tempered with black accents infuse a vibrant yet sophisticated energy.

Statistics around osteoporosis were presented as simple, bold infobites that attendees were encouraged to share on their social accounts. The designs were formatted as posters, table tents, and small postcards that were placed around the event space and used during talks.
